My journey with fitness began on the rugby field at 16, and over the years it’s grown into a lifelong commitment to health, strength, and balance. I’ve competed in Ironman races, triathlons, and running events — but today, my focus is on sustainable strength training, functional movement, and supporting my body through the changes that come with perimenopause.
As a busy parent navigating this new chapter, I understand firsthand how crucial it is to listen to your body and give it the care it needs. Strength isn’t just about lifting weights — it’s about recovery, balance, and longevity.
That’s why alongside training, I’m a strong advocate for restorative practices like massage, sauna therapy, and our signature Face Up massage — powerful tools that support your body, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing.
